In the Magistrates' Court, 366 charges of assault by kicking were sentenced in the three years to 30 June 2023. The most common sentence for a charge of this offence was an adjourned undertaking (30.6% or 112 charges).

In 355 cases sentenced in the Magistrates' Court in the three years to 30 June 2023, each case included at least one charge of assault by kicking. Among the 355 cases, 290 people were male and 65 people were female. The most common outcome for cases was an adjourned undertaking (30.1% or 107 cases).
