In the Magistrates' Court, 92 charges of drive an unregistered vehicle in a toll zone were sentenced in the three years to 30 June 2023. The most common sentence for a charge of this offence was a fine (64% or 59 charges).

In 39 cases sentenced in the Magistrates' Court in the three years to 30 June 2023, each case included at least one charge of drive an unregistered vehicle in a toll zone. Among the 39 cases, 27 people were male and 11 people were female. The most common outcome for cases was a fine (71% or 28 cases).
