Charge data

In the Magistrates' Court, 208 charges of driver of a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle fail to record information in a work diary as prescribed by national regulations were sentenced in the three years to 30 June 2023. The most common sentence for a charge of this offence was a fine (83.7% or 174 charges).
