In the Magistrates' Court, 715 charges of exceed the speed-limit by less than 35 km (revoked) were sentenced in the three years to 30 June 2023. The most common sentence for a charge of this offence was a fine (50.5% or 361 charges).

In 315 cases sentenced in the Magistrates' Court in the three years to 30 June 2023, each case included at least one charge of exceed the speed-limit by less than 35 km (revoked). Among the 315 cases, 195 people were male and 120 people were female. The most common outcome for cases was a fine (57.8% or 182 cases).
