In the Magistrates' Court, 945 charges of stop on a length of road to which a no parking sign applies were sentenced in the three years to 30 June 2023. The most common sentence for a charge of this offence was a fine (97.4% or 920 charges).

In 441 cases sentenced in the Magistrates' Court in the three years to 30 June 2023, each case included at least one charge of stop on a length of road to which a no parking sign applies. Among the 441 cases, 311 people were male and 106 people were female. The most common outcome for cases was a fine (95.2% or 420 cases).
